Predictive value of NT-proBNP for patients with gestational hypertension

[Abstract] Objective To detect the serum NT-proBNP concentrations of the pregnant women with gestational hypertension, and to explore the relationship between the NT-proBNP level and gestational hypertension and discuss the predictive ability of NT-proBNP concentration for cardiac function. Methods The electrochemical luminescent immunoassay was used to detect the dynamic changes of 121 pregnant women with gestational hypertension in the early pregnant stage, late pregnant stage and 8th week after labor. The color ultrasound echocardiography was used to evaluate the pregnant womens left ventricular diastolic function. The relationship between NT-proBNP and occurrence of adverse cardiac incidents during pregnancy was analyzed. Results (1)The NT-proBNP concentration was closely related to the severity of gestational hypertension; As pregnancy proceed, the NT-proBNP concentration of the disease group rose gradually and reached peak at the late pregnant stage. (2)The NT-proBNP concentration of the patients with gestational hypertension was positively related to the most cardiac function, but had a negative correlation with EVTI. (3)The NT-proBNP concentration of the patients with gestational hypertension was positively related to the occurrence of adverse cardiac function. Conclusion NT-proBNP concentration can be used as a sensitive indicator of the cardiac function of patients with gestational hypertension and can provide reference for clinical monitoring and intervention.

1.2.2 NT-proBNP测定 用无抗凝剂真空采血管抽取孕妈妈清晨空腹静脉血2 mL,离心后取血清上机;选用电化学免疫发光技能(ECLIA),在罗氏Elecsys 2010上测定,检测试剂购于美国罗氏公司。测定线性规模(5~35000)pg/mL。批间差异为2.2%~5.5%。
